Hello everyone this is Ki Hickok assistant harbor master. I wanted to give everyone the opportunity to request your preferred dry parking spot. I have attached a chart of the dry parking spots and each spot has a letter and number just like the wet slips. Please email me back with your top 3 requested spots, your name, and member number thank you. Also if you could indicate if you have had your boat in that spot for multiple years if you would like. I suggest having all 3 choices in different rows, or at least the 3rd choice in another row just to be safe. Also I request if you don't plan on putting in your boat about every week then don'NO NAMES ON PARKING SPACES - 2019-Dry Sail Slots (2)t request the ecsc parkway thank you. I will need this emailed to me no later than may 18th please, late responses may lose their current dry slip location. Also those with multiple boats must submit a request for each boat and make sure to designate which is your primary boat that will be placed first. I will be placing all primary boats in spots first then the secondary boats after all members who request a spot has one.

Spring is here and I’m seeing more people at the club working on their boats every day. Kai and I have been busy working on the new Gin pole and boat parking.
Boat slip assignments are complete and they will be posted the on the race shed board by 3/28/19. Boats in the parking lot that are double parked please remember that the person behind you may want to get out before you.
Please have your boats clear of the car park areas by 4/28. The work lot next to the harbormaster shed also needs to be cleared by 4/28. if you are currently working on your boat in the work lot and need it there longer, please contact me. If you do not remove your boat by this date it will be moved for you and you may not like where I put it.
There are several boats on the beach by the junior shed. These boats need to be moved by 4/24 for junior regatta. If they are not moved by that date, I will have to move your boat you may not like where I put it.
Water is on at the power sprayer as of 3/28. When launching and retrieving your boat please keep safety first and work with the buddy system. This will make for a safer boating season.
If you would like to earn some work credits please contact me. I have plenty of projects (large and small) that need to be done.

HELLO ALL!Im very excited for this coming sailing season and can't wait to get started. I just wanted to say hello and give you some idea of what the Harbormaster Committee plans on doing this year. First, I want to thank Dennis for giving me this opportunity to serve our club as Assistant Harbormaster. I can't wait! We plan on doing big things this year for our 50th club anniversary. We plan on replacing a lot of the dock boards as well as any broken cleats. Plans also include cleaning the beach and laying new sand. We will also add emergency ladders to the docks. There will be many more improvements which are still pending future board meetings. I look forward to many beautiful sailing days to come and can't wait to celebrate the 50th anniversary of our club.Assistant Harbormaster.ki Hickok
